About our President

Franck Mannechez joined the Dominion Country Club in September 1999 as The Dining Room Manager.
In 2001 Franck became the Banquet Manager and later in 2003 moved to his present position as Catering Director.

Prior to joining The Dominion Country Club, Franck’s spent his first year in the United States opening a new Restaurant in town called Gaucho’s. Traveling over the world for work opportunities has included Mexico City working for the “Fouquet’s de Paris” and the “Maxim’s de Paris”, two well-known 4 diamonds French Restaurants, in Canada working at the Four Seasons in Ottawa, in France with the opening of a thalassotherapy center and restaurant. Franck studied in Nice, France at the Food, Beverage and management school where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in cooking, service and management.
