Do you or someone you know want to start a business, but are not sure where to begin? Two important key components a small business owner will need are: succession planning and retirement. Without these components, business owners are putting their families' largest source of income and financial security at risk.

A study by the American College1 revealed that:

•6 out of 10 small business owners have not consulted with a financial advisor

•3 out of 10 small business owners have not estimated how much captial they will need to have a comfortable retirement

•Fewer than an quarter of small business owners have a formal plan for transitioning their business to new management and ownership when they are ready to retire

You will earn one CE Credit in Accounting for attending this program.
